He focuses on identifying each student's unique artistic traits and bringing them to their fullest potential, enabling learners to grow into independent-thinking pianists with distinct artistic personalities. He excels at coaching students applying for music schools, especially those who lack clarity about their own performing style. Since 2006, Professor of Piano and Crossover Music in Munster, alongside Artistic Director of Aaseerenaden Munster Festival, Rheingau Musik Festival Motel Classical Programme (since 2016), and Xanten Summer Concerts Classical Music (since 2015).
